Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu,
Eight Sundays.
That's where we are now. Eight letters, one story, still unfolding one week at a time. And today, like I did after the first four, I want to pause again. Not to stop the story.
To help you keep it.
If you've been reading, you know these last four chapters didn't sit where the first four did.
The first four were about the ache. About the girl who held everything together, who performed every role so well she lost the thread back to herself, who finally crashed under the weight of calling hustle "barakah."
These four are about what came after the crash. Not the resolution, resolution is too neat a word for what actually happened, but the turning.
The girl who found the word she'd been missing- about a LinkedIn post she almost scrolled past, and the year that followed that undid everything she thought productivity meant. The gardener mindset. The difference between a life that has barakah in it, and a life that just uses the word.
The girl who built the space she never had - about the mentorship she didn't get as a teenager, the community that didn't exist yet, and the decision to stop waiting for someone else to build it.
The girl who built communities, and longed to belong - about being surrounded by people her whole life while quietly starving to belong among them, and the ummah as one body, where no one is left holding everything alone.
The girl who learned to see hope in the dark - the one I held onto the longest before I could write it. About the body that surprised her without permission, about hospital corridors and harsh words and losing faith in systems that were supposed to hold her. And about finding her Lord in exactly that place, when there was nothing left to rely on but Him.
If any of these four Sundays slipped by you, please go back before you go further.
This next gift was built to sit inside these particular four letters. It won't land the same way without them underneath it.
Here's the second gift.
And I want to be honest with you about it, the way I try to be honest about everything here.
I could have put a small price on this one. Some part of the plan I'd sketched out for myself said I should. But when it came time to actually build it, that felt wrong for where you are right now.
You've just read the discovery. The gardener mindset, the space being built, the community you're aching for, the hope found in the dark. That's not a place to ask something of you. That's a place to keep staying with you, the same way I did after the crash.
So this one is free too.
Not because it's worth less than what I could have charged for it. Because trust isn't something you build for four chapters and then quietly start monetising. It's something you keep choosing, Sunday after Sunday, gift after gift, until it means something.
There will be a moment, later, where I ask something of you. I'll tell you honestly when that moment comes. This isn't it.
Inside, you'll find the same spirit as the first guide, just carried further. Space to sit with your own gardener mindset, where are you gripping the stem instead of trusting the soil. A reflection on the space you never had, and what you might already be carrying that someone else needs. A quiet page on belonging, on the difference between being surrounded and being held. And a gentle, unhurried place to sit with your own "why me," if you're carrying one, without needing an answer for it yet.
Nothing inside is a test. Nothing inside is clinical. It's a private companion, same as the first, just for a different season of the story.
And as always, if something in these last four chapters, or in this guide, found you, hit reply. I read every single message. This has never been a broadcast. It's a conversation, and I mean that every time I say it.
The next chapter arrives this Sunday.
Until then,
Aiman Hafeez
